Matcha Tea 50g

Especially selected for our own teas, Apothecary Matcha is very concentrated green tea made from 100% natural green tea leaves that have been carefully ground down to form a fine powder. Matcha tea contains high levels of Chlorophyll and the naturally occuring amino acid Theanine which alongside the caffeine in green tea, is said to increase concentration and alertness. Matcha tea also contains flavenoids which studies indicate may have an antioxidant effect.

We recommend adding just ‘off the boil’ water to a level teaspoon of Matcha powder per cup.  Stir vigorously to ensure the powder is completely mixed.

For best results store in a cool dry place. Always seal the pouch between uses.
