Our products are hand-picked by our on-site nutritionist because we only want to offer you those that we believe in - those that we believe really make a difference to your health.

 

And of course our award-winning cafe is the place to enjoy healthy breakfasts and lunch, juices and smoothies, and tempting home-made cakes.  We have no less than six daily-made interesting and tasty salads, and you can have these as they are or with chicken, salmon, or tofu. Then perhaps finish off with our delicious fair trade coffee, or choose from a range of interesting teas.
